Avantica Technologies was founded in 1993 with headquarters in Silicon Valley, California, and a software engineering center in San José, Costa Rica. Today, the company has expanded its engineering centers across Costa Rica and into Peru and is among the largest “Nearshore” software engineering services specialists in Latin America. Avantica has been profitable from its inception and has averaged 30% annual growth since 1995.
